Karad Drainage Project

An ongoing infrastructure initiative worth approximately ₹80 crore, the Karad Drainage Project involves the construction of five pumping stations with a diameter of 7 meters and the laying of 44 kilometers of DWC pipeline for underground sewage conveyance. The scope includes property-level sewer connections, the construction of a 10.5 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), installation of pumping machinery, full automation of system operations, and the integration of solar panels to enhance energy efficiency.
